A visit reconstructing Sabaudia’s story from the 1933 competition to the inauguration in April 1934: how a town is designed from nothing, why a rationalist scheme won, and what it meant to build on land only just drained.
The route crosses the municipal square, the porticoes and the church of the Annunziata, and finishes on the lakefront. During the visit there is access to some spaces not normally open to the public.
Meet in front of the civic tower fifteen minutes early. The route is entirely level and accessible. Booking required.
