Editorial content
The texts of the guides are editorial, drawn up from public sources and documentation of the competent authorities. They are provided for information and general interest.
Limits of liability
Practical information — hours, access conditions, trail passability, availability of services — changes frequently and may be out of date. Before setting out, verify with the competent authorities, in particular for:
- excursions on the promontory, where weather rapidly alters the level of difficulty;
- regulated-access sites, whose opening is subject to authorisation;
- activities at sea, dependent on sea and weather conditions.
The editorial team accepts no liability for damage arising from use of the published information. Assessing your own physical and technical preparation remains the responsibility of whoever undertakes the excursion.
Images
The photographs currently published are stock images from Wikimedia Commons, used for demonstration at this stage of the project and progressively replaced with our own material. Credits are given in each guide.
Cartography
The interactive maps use map data from OpenStreetMap, available under the Open Database License. The three-dimensional relief is a demonstration model generated procedurally from the real morphology of the area: it is not official cartography and must not be used for navigation or orientation on the ground.
